RUMOURS: Never believe them!

I thought I should start my first proper story here with rumours. Instead of a normal, 'RUMOUR:1.6 ADDS MAJICAL DRAGONS THAT KILL YOUR BLOCKHEADS WITH ONE SHOT-SPAM DAVE WITH QUESTIONS NOW!' click-bait post, I thought I should make a post to never take these seriously.

We'll use that false rumour above and put it through 'The Rumour Truthfulness System'

1) Sanity

Is the rumour sane or insane? That headline is most certainly insane. It scores a 0/10 in this section.

2) Evidence

What evidence did the rumour provide. This rumour merely states this and doesn't back it up so yet again scores a 0/10

3) Abnormal

Does it fit in with The Blockheads? This is most certainly straying far from whatever has ever been added in The Blockheads before. However, cave trolls would be their closest relatives yet still far, far away. In this section it scores a one.

4) Reputable

Who is the source and can we trust them? Lets say a new forumer called 'LOLRANDOMXD11' PMed me stating this rumour along with advertisements for phones and a get-rich-quick site that looks suspicious. They are completely new so this is a 1/10

5) Creative

Majical dragons may be creative but not in this sense: Creative as in something you'd think no one could've ever thought of that adds so much to the game! This would detract from the game in many ways. You'd be on your way collecting fruit from an orange tree and then you get burnt alive. 0/10

6) Helpful

It has to be helpful to you as a player. Sometimes helpful as adds a nice challenge. Sometimes it'll literally help you. Dragons are an overpowered creature. Also 0/10


This fake rumour scores a 1/60 on the SEARCH test (the search for truth! I know it's a bad pun.) This will be a recurring series that I will run with rumours as they appear. Thanks for reading!

Welcome to The Blockheads Herald!

This new site came from calumon's Blockheads Herold a while back that was closed. We (Me, Calumon, Cheeseburger,  Froggy, maybe some others later) are setting up this site to write news, opinions, rumors and things happening in the forums (maybe more stuff later too). Keep the site bookmarked or add it to an RSS feed to stay up to date. Enjoy the site!

Everything is currently in American English but if there are more hits from nations that use English English (fun name...) then this could be changed. Authors may use their own nations version of English however-this is just for official things like the header above this site.
